GRILLED BEEF KEBABS; easy recipe

GRILLED BEEF KEBABS; easy recipe

The history and culture of Turkey were reasons, but I'd be lying if I admit it was really the food and spices that drew me back for a second visit. This time without a backpack. This recipe doesn't come with the gorgeous tapestries and sights of Istanbul, but it does pack an abundance of flavor and spice reminiscent of Ottoman cuisine. So simple, so good!

Shopping List:

2. - Wrap beef mixture onto skewers ( hint: soak skewers in water for 30min prior so they do not light on fire on grill ) and refrigerate for finished kebabs 30minutes before grilling.
