DRESSING UP YOUR TURKEY; easy recipe

And we're back from quarantine! This Thanksgiving leave plenty of time to relax with friends and family with this overly simple, but outrageously delicious 'dressing'. Save time in the kitchen by using any of our meal starters to season your dressing and use the time you save to enjoy your company and a perfectly paired glass of wine or beer with this dish!

Shopping list:

Pairing Salts®, your choice | 1/2 loaf bread | 1lb sweet italian sausage | 1C cremini mushrooms, sliced | 1/2C sweet onion, minced | 1/2C celery, chopped | 1/2C dried prunes or cherries | 1tbsp olive oil | butter or olive oil, to finish

Directions:

1. - Remove sausage from casing and break apart before placing in pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, mushrooms, onion, and celery. Sweat until sausage is 50% cooked, then remove from heat.

2.  - In bowl, break slices of bread by hand into bite size pieces, then add sausage mixture, dried fruit, and 2tbsp Pairing Salts of your choice.

3. - Once mixture is well combined, stud with butter or add olive oil to lightly coat before placing into a greased pan. Mixture should not be soggy as the sausage will continue to give off fat as it bakes.

4. - Bake in 350D oven uncovered for 45minutes or until the top is browned.
