BROWN BUTTER SPICED SHRIMP; Intermediate Recipe

Make a date worthy DELICIOUS dinner and pair perfectly with a bottle of Pinot Noir or an ale in under 20 minutes! And spend the rest of your time relaxing with your sweetheart.

Ingredients:

Pinot Noir1 Pairing Salts | | 1lb shrimp, shelled and cleaned | 1/2C cashews, toasted | 2tbsp butter (or butter substitute) | 1/2tsp chili flakes | choice of cilantro or parsely

Cooking instructions:

1. - Melt butter slowly in pan. Add shrimp before butter takes on color and saute until shrimp starts to turn pink in color.

2. - Add *toasted cashews to pan and continue sauteeing mixture. ( *Save time with this trick to 'roast' nuts in the microwave! )

3. - When shrimp begins to turn opaque, add chili flakes and 1tbsp of Pinot Noir1 Pairing Salts. Turn off heat and add cilantro or parsley for garnish and color.

4. - Plate and serve immediately.
